The Roland SolJet Pro 3 XC-540MT printer is based upon it's predecesser the popular XC-540 but with the addition of metallic silver ink. A 54" printer cutter with more versatility than ever before.

Roland Intelligent Pass Control ensures high levels of productivity without compromising the smooth and impeccable colours and graduations you would come to expect from a Roland large format printer. The XC-540MT is a dual purpose, printing and cutting device, able to successfully produce unattended printing and automated cutting, your production times will significantly increase and allow for minimal downtime.

For laminated graphics, Roland's four-point Quadralign optical registration system realigns the cutting path and compensates for skew and distortion.

Innovativity and creativity with the Roland EC0-SOL MAX Metallic Silver Ink

The XC-540MT offers more finishes, application and creativity possibiility thanks to the addition of metallic silver ink to the CMYK and white options.

The metallic ink brings colour to life with the ability to add gold, bronze and pealescent effects into the mix. The option of a double white ink configuration is also available on the XC-540MT, offering bright white printing suitable for text, graphics and much more.

Reduced running costs with the advanced ink circulation system

An added benefit of the Roland XC-540MT is the involvement of the automated ink circulation system.This has been created specifically for the inclusion of white and metallic inks as it prevents pigments from settling and clogging up the lines. However, it adds use to CMYK also by avoiding manual intervention and reducing ink waste by 84%. It also allows for immediate printing with no warm-up time enabling higher productivity and impeccable colour quality.

The Roland Colour System accurately reproduces spot colours from Roland Colour charts and swatch books including 12 new metallic colours for the XC-540MT. Roland Intelligent Pass Control technology delivers smooth graduations and flawless solid colours.
