Metamark MD5-H-B High Performance Digital Vinyl with High Tack Blockout Adhesive
The high tack adhesive of MD5-H-B has been developed to apply to ‘difficult to stick to’ surfaces, smooth low energy plastics such as PE and PP, and for interior wall décor applications. This combined with a grey pigmented solvent-based adhesive to provide increase opcacity and preventing the substrate colour showing through. The product gives the additional assurance of the high bond adhesive with the MD5 series film. MD5-H-B delivers outstanding print performance through the combination of Metamark’s distinctive coating technology, and high performance grade polymeric calendered film. Removable Calendered Digital Vinyl
Metamark MD-100R is a removable grade calendered self-adhesive vinyl, ideal for temporary graphics, promotions and advertising onto flat surfaces. The 100 micron film gives the product ease of handling onto flat, high energy surfaces such as steel and glass, and can be removed cleanly for up to 6 months after application. It offers brilliant colour reproduction on Solvent, Eco Solvent, Latex and UV inkjet printers.

Cast Printable Vehicle Wrap Film with MetaGlide
MetaCast® MDC is a premium cast digital film, offering wrap professionals the ultimate performance for full vehicle wraps. MDC features the MetaGlide adhesive technology. This next generation micro channel air release system gives an optimal performance with enhanced repositionability, and high adhesive strength. The product is the recommended choice for trouble-free high resolution prints onto most exterior signs. It features a 70 micron vinyl with permanent solvent-based adhesive. MD5-105 is suitable for application onto glass as it has a high level of clarity.

MetaWrap MD-X is a 50 micron ultra-conformable, extensible digital wrapping media, supplied with the METAScape air release adhesive system to allow quick and easy application on compound curves as well as moderate recesses.
The soft film has been developed to flow and conform over the most challenging surfaces so it’s ideal for total vehicle wraps. The grey blockout adhesive ensures vibrant graphics and minimal substrate show through, as well as clean removal.

Metamark MD-P has a 100 micron film and a permanent adhesive. It has been developed to offer more rigidity when performing ‘print and cut’ work.
It also offers easier application to flat panels, and is therefore suitable for larger promotion prints, that can be applied easily and it resists edge curling.

Metamark MD-FL440 is a 400gsm laminated and reinforced PVC banner, suitable for short term promotion and event banners. It has a satin surface and can be used for exterior or interior applications.

Metamark MD-FL550 is a 550gsm high quality, coated PVC banner with a matt finish. It is suitable for use on Latex, Solvent, Eco Solvent, UV printers and is fire rated to B1.
The product is suitable for medium to heavyweight banner applications, has high tensile strength and is resistant to cracking at low temperatures. It should be printed on the smooth side, and is supplied reverse wound.

Clear Vision (Perforated One-Way Film)
Metamark MD-CV100 is a perforated one-way vision film, supplied on a multi-layer release liner to offer improved print performance on Solvent, Eco Solvent, Latex and UV printers. It has 40% open area and 1.6mm perforations. It is suitable for advertising applications on vehicles and buildings, maintaining visibility from the inside. The black/white laminate has a clear adhesive to maintain full visibility through the holes. It can be applied on lightly curved surfaces like some rear windows of cars but it is not aimed to be deformed in 3D. Overlaminating is recommended to maintain visibility in wet weather.

Premium Grade Clear Vision (Perforated One-Way Film)
Metamark MD-CV2 is a premium grade perforated one-way vision film, supplied on a multi-layer release liner to offer improved print performance on Solvent, Eco Solvent, Latex and UV printers.

Optically Clear Polyester Window Film
Metamark MD-CR is a 50 micron clear polyester window film that offers an optically clear finish when applied to glass. The ultra-clear adhesive system is permanent and allows wet application and clean removal in the short term.
For transparent window graphics the product offers greater clarity than a PVC or self static cling and can produce high definition images. It can be printed in reverse and applied to the inside of the glass, for point of sale and advertising.

Static Cling (Digital Self-Cling)
This 170 micron soft PVC self cling material can be cleanly removed from glass. It has no adhesive so is ideal for promotional use. Print on the static cling film, then fit this surface to the window, and then remove the backing sheet. The white film provides opacity.

Satin Coated Art Canvas, 280gsm
Metamark MD-AC330 is a satin coated art canvas suitable for fine art and photo reproduction prints. The natural polyester/cotton blend canvas benefits from a white satin finish, which offers excellent colour reproduction. Suitable for art over a stretched canvas frame, it can also be used with automated framing machines. Heat Transfer Flex for Textiles
This high quality heat transfer flex is suitable for garment markings, such as promotional T shirts, sportswear and workwear.
The high-quality polyurethane film has a matt, reflection-free surface laminated with a thermally activated adhesive.

‘Lightstop’ Polyester for ‘Pop Up’ Displays
This product has been developed for use with ‘Pop Up’ display systems, for use in exhibitions stands and retail displays. The 310 micron ‘Lightstop’ polyester has a special top coating producing high print quality, and it has an antistatic reverse side. Intermediate Grade PVC Overlaminate
MetaGuard 302 Matt Overlaminate is matched to Metamark MD3, proving protection from abrasion and UV. The anti-reflection finish is ideal for indoor applications with overhead lighting.
It can be applied to flat or gently curved surfaces, and has a Class B Fire Rating.
MetaGuard 302 now has greater improved clarity, maximising the definition and colour vibrancy of your prints.

Gloss Overlaminate
Metamark 105 is a gloss finish calendered PVC Overlaminate, providing a matched system for use with Metamark MD-100. It offers greater durability of the print with increased resistance to abrasion. Applications include advertising, point of sale, windows, advertising boards and other promotional applications.

Optically Clear Polyester
MetaGuard 620 provides maximum UV protection & exhibits good anti-graffiti properties. This super thin 25 micron polyester has a high gloss finish and clear adhesive with UV inhibitors offering enhanced colour definition of prints.
It is suitable for use on flat glass only.
It provides a matched system for overlaminating Metamark Clear Vision.

Lexan® Anti-Scuff Polycarbonate Overlaminate
This product provides a matched system when used with Metamark Pop Up Display Polyester. It has a satin crystal effect finish, enhancing the appearance of the print as well as providing excellent scuff resistance and additional rigidity to the flexible display panels.
The 75 micron Polycarbonate product has a polyester liner and crystal clear adhesive to provide added vibrancy to the print.

Anti Graffiti PVDF Overlaminate
MetaGuard 850 anti-graffiti film provides maximum protection. The 50 micron PVDF film offers a very high level of colour stability from UV, and protection from graffiti, chemicals and abrasion. It can be applied onto flat or slightly curved surfaces. Refer to the data sheet for cleaning recommendations.

Dry Wipe (White Board) Overlaminate
This Dry Wipe Overlaminate can be applied over printed Metamark digital media such as MD3, to create dry wipe panels with permanent base graphics. The product is suitable for use with Dry Wipe marker pens, for indoor use only. The clear coated film wipes clean with a dry cloth.
