Our range of rigid substrates have been manufactured in the UK, with a cut-to-size service and a large range of products being kept in stock across the country.
The rigid substrates on offer are the perfect solution for any flatbed printer along with those needing to mount onto board.
With a variety of depth, sizes, colours and finishes we are sure to find the perfect product for your chosen application.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently experiencing challenges with deliveries across the whole of the distribution network. Some carriers aren’t guaranteeing next day service and timed and weekend deliveries have temporarily been suspended. PALFOAM® offers easy-to-handle foamed white PVC for short term, indoor applications. Its bright, consistent and smooth surface provides a good background for high quality printing and laminating. PALFOAM® is flexible, versatile and extremely convenient to work with, cut and fabricate using conventional tools and equipment. Suitable for applications such as display, signage and exhibitions.

Anti-static flat PVC foamed sheet
With its unique anti-static formula, PALFOAM™ AS enables crisp details, well defined graphics and small size printed text. The smooth and uniform surface serves as an ideal substrate for digital print inks enabling smooth gradations and homogenous area cover.

PALIGHT® is a lightweight, versatile, flexible and durable foamed PVC sheet that is ideal for use in advertising and construction.
Exhibiting the whitest available surface and was successfully tested by the majority of digital flatbed printer manufacturers. Printers and advertisers benefit from its constantly smooth and bright surface for producing high quality displays.
PALIGHT® is easily handled, cut and fabricated using conventional tools and equipment, and can be printed, painted or laminated.
The full colour range can be used double-sided and with an exposed edge. They can all accept vinyl providing a versatile substrate for multiple uses.
Available in: White, Black, Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Black and Grey. Gloss White and gloss black also available.

Eurolite offers a 0.2mm thick aluminium skin which reduces the sheet weight making it an ideal substrate for hoarding board or non-load bearing applications. Available in a white finish, Eurolite also provides a flat surface ideal for print.

ALUPANEL® A-Lite is made using the highest grade materials. The superior PE core, the specially developed paint system and the unique easy-peel protective film are all present but with the premium panel is the 0.2mm thick A5005 alloy skin. Providing outstanding corrosion resistance, this premium alloy also adds the rigidity and impact resistance to the panels whilst retaining superb processing characteristics.
