MetaTex is a high quality heat transfer vinyl, for textile garment markings, promotional T shirts, sportswear and workwear.

The thin flexible film has a reflection-free surface giving a high-quality finish. Colours may be over-laid. It has a thermally activated adhesive for use with a heat transfer press. MetaTex can be applied to cotton, cotton/polyester (mix) and polyester/acrylic (mix).

Metamark frost is an opal etch effect vinyl suitable for glass manifestation and privacy screening, replacing traditional acid etching.

The smooth, consistent finish provides a striking effect when producing decals, graphics or for architectural use when covering complete areas of glass. Metamark's proprietary solvent adhesive system ensure sparkling results without a trace of adhesive visibility, and allows easy wet application.

A short term Fluorescent vinyl for high visibility promotional advertising, conspicuity and safety signage.

The 120 micron film is suitable for computer cutting and screen printing. The high colour pigmentation produces vibrant markings for short term exterior use up to 6 months.

Metamark Double Sided Polishes are suitable for reverse cut mirror finish decals onto glass or acrylic, as well as other smooth flat surfaces.

They offer long term durability when applied to the interior surface of glass, as well as short term outdoor use. The polyester film is supplied with a water based permanent acrylic adhesive. (Care is needed when applying wet.)

Metamark Exterior brushed aluminium and brushed gold metallised films provide the opportunity for stunning vehicle decals, fascia panels and other outdoor signage.

The product offers exterior durability of up to 5 years, and can be used on smooth, flat or slightly curved surfaces. Both versions are brushed silver on the adhesive side. (Not recommended for compound curves or for wet application.)

Metamark Brushed Polishes are suitable for promotional use, offering either a brushed aluminium or brushed gold finish.

The metallised films are laminated to a white PVC to allow greater adhesion than standard polyester polishes. Metamark brushed aluminium and gold are top coated for screen printing and are suitable for interior or short term exterior applications and can be applied to flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Calendered Vinyl

Metamark CF3 may be used on flat or simple curves so is ideal for large flat vehicle panels, such as bonnets and roofs.

The 150micron film has a textured embossed finish matching closely CF4, but at a more affordable cost. It has a 3d finish giving a realistic simulation of Carbon Fibre.

Metamark Paintmask is a high quality and versatile stencil film for use on rigid or flexible surfaces.

The 100 micron translucent blue film gives clear edge definition, with a low tack adhesive that can be removed without leaving residue.

This white gloss fully opaque vinyl is black on the reverse. It prevents problems of show-through from existing graphics, as well as for blocking out areas on illuminating signs when applied to fron surface. It can be computer cut or screen printed and has a solvent free permanent acrylic adhesive.

Metamark magnetic is designed for temporary removable signs onto vehicle panels or other ferrous sheet metal. This is a premium grade product and provides a higher than industry average pull, greater flexibility and designed to offer trouble free application and use.

The bright white gloss finish is coated edge to edge of the full 620mm roll width. (The magnetic signs must be removed regularly, cleaned, dried and repositioned).

Professional grade window tinting films are available in three finishes, for vehicle or architectural use.

They reduce solar heat gain, light transmission and the effect of damaging uv rays.

They can be used to provide one-way visibility or to improve the appearance of glass panels.

All three films can be used on vehicles but only on the rear and rear-side windows and they may also be used on other toughened glass. They may not be used on the windscreen or front side windows of vehicles.

For building use, such as offices and conservatories V-MR20 may be used, where it's lower heat absorption minimises the risk of cracking. It is not to be used on wire glass.

Care must be taking when fitting these films to glazing. In extreme cases the heat absorption and other factors such as shading can cause glazing to crack.

R Tape 4075 Conform is a high quality standard tack paper application tape suitable for most signmaking applications.

The Conform technology in release liner adhesion resists tunnelling and edge curling, so is ideal for the preperation of graphics that need to be despatched for third party application. R4075 is suitable for wet application.

Banner Grade Vinyl

MetaFlex is a super soft vinyl for use on flexible PVC banners. The stabilised film resists plasticiser migration and creasing inherent to flexible PVC.

The range of 20 colours has a soft sheen finish and a low tack adhesive to ease application. It offers 3 year exterior durability. Not suitable for application onto curtain sided vehicles.
