printMAX Customer Support and Warranty


At printMAX we will always endeavour to achieve our ethos of ‘exceeding expectations’ and know that when it comes to a technical issue this could not be a more important time to show it.

We will always be your first point of contact should your issue be a technical hardware problem, a profiling issue or just a user based query.  Our team of engineers and knowledgable staff will then attempt to solve your issue in a prompt manner, reducing any potential downtime.

Should your printer be under warranty, we will always attempt to solve any problems before involving Roland or Mimaki, this is to simply get you a resolution as quickly as possible.  Should the matter require further attention we will then arrange a call from the relevant technician who will then arrange a call out, at a time and date that suits you.

Below we have a variety of warranty options, these vary from Silver to Gold depending on response times and inclusion of services.   All require a pre-warranty check if your printer has not been under
warranty with us or Roland / Mimaki previously, to arrange this please call 01420 511539.

Gold Cover

Guaranteed response times:

1 hour telephone technical support.
1 working day on-site engineer visit, if required*

Includes:

2 Service visits per year (months 5 & 10)

All parts, labour and transport costs in the UK mainland. All telephone and web support

 

Silver COVER

Guaranteed response times:

3 hours telephone technical support.
2 working days on-site engineer visit, if required*

Includes:

1 Service visit per year at month 9

All parts, labour and transport costs in the UK mainland. All telephone and web support

 

Bronze COVER

Guaranteed response times:

4 hours telephone technical support.
4 working days on-site engineer visit, if required*

Includes:

1 Service visit per year at month 9

All parts, labour and transport costs in the UK mainland. All telephone and web support

 

MIMAKI WARRANTY OPTIONS

Gold LEVEL WARRANTY

• Unlimited parts & labour*
• Unlimited telephone support
• Unlimited support via email / website
• Unlimited remote dial-in support
• Highest priority above all other support levels
• Free firmware upgrades

*Limited printhead replacements on Mimaki UJF-3042, UJV-160, JFX200-2513 and JFX500-2131

• Parts charged at 25% discount
• Unlimited telephone support
• Unlimited support via email / website
