The Role: Full time & office based - Sales and Customer Service Executive

As a business, our ethos is to ‘exceed expectation’ and this is crucial in every aspect of our business. You'll be overseeing a portfolio of accounts, developing continued business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include the formation of long-term, trusting relationships, connecting with key business executives, managing client queries, identifying new business opportunities, and processing new and recurring orders on a daily basis.

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams and external manufacturers to improve the entire customer experience. No prior knowledge of the industry or technology is required as training will be provided. This position could involve a small element of UK travel.

Responsibilities

· Create a customer, not just a sale

· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

· Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of consumables according to customer needs and objectives

· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas to improve the overall customer experience

 

Requirements

· Strong telephone and written communication skills

· Demonstrable ability to communicate on the telephone and influence customers

· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

· Be a team player

· Be prepared to travel on occasions when required

 

What we offer our Sales and Customer Service Executive:

· Competitive salary dependent on experience, commission with uncapped earnings, workplace pension scheme, annual performance bonus

Salary: Up to £22,000.00 per year, incl. commission, performance bonus and a quarterly bonus.
