In January we continued our ethos of “exceeding expectation”, how could we enhance our customers’ businesses through our products and services? With a series of case studies we looked at how both the large format print investments and printMAX service brought new opportunities to a diverse selection of customers. These cases were picked up by trade press and created another benefit for the customer in some free advertising.

April saw another successful year at Sign and Digital UK, with our biggest stand to date we anticipated a high level of footfall and as usual, the show surpassed previous years as we saw more at show sales than ever before along with more follow up orders than ever before, a clear success! We have of course signed up for Sign and Digital UK 2015 and look forward to seeing you all on stand F30 in March!
As part of our Sign and Digital UK 2014 plans we launched a competition with a series of prizes, joint first prize winners receiving a ‘money can’t buy’ VIP MotoGP weekend. The winners were randomly selected from online and Sign UK entries and a fantastic time was had by all, including meet and greets with the drivers, paddock access and of course a great weekend of racing at Silverstone!
In August we were happy to have been announced as UKSG’s large format printer partner, founder Robert Lambie supports products and suppliers that he uses in his everyday business. We were therefore extremely honoured to have been personally selected for this, proving once again, that our service really sets us apart in our industry.

September might have seen a surprise move for some of you, we were excited to announce a new partnership with Mimaki’s UK distributor, Hybrid Services. We were keen to explore their award winning Industrial Product range so that we may be able to offer these fantastic products to our customers who are seeing high levels of growth within their businesses. By taking the full range of Mimaki on we are able to both grow with our existing customers and introduce ourselves to new customers who we hadn’t been able to deal with historically.
We also launched a brand new website in September, enhancing user experience by creating a site that was mobile responsive, easier to navigate and visually appealing. We also took the best-selling products from within our business and put them online, allowing our customers to order the same great products, at the same prices, 24/7! We’ve overall had a really exciting year, proving once again that we are constantly looking for ways to benefit our customers and offer innovative, evolving solutions to meet the needs of the modern day business.
