The Mimaki JFX220-2515 UV flatbed printer is designed to make high-quality direct-to-board and direct-to-object printing faster, simpler and more productive. Mimaki’s innovative ANCHOR Technology automatically applies vacuum only where media is positioned, closing unused vacuum holes to maintain secure hold-down without time-consuming masking. Automatic locating pins further simplify accurate media positioning, reducing setup and operator intervention when switching between jobs and helping sign makers, display producers and industrial print businesses get more from every production shift.
With a generous 2,500 × 1,500 mm print area, the JFX220-2515 provides greater flexibility for large-format signage, display graphics and efficient nesting of multiple smaller items. It can print directly onto substrates and objects up to 101.6 mm thick, while Mimaki’s LD Mode enables printing across uneven surfaces with height differences of up to 20 mm. From rigid boards, retail displays and exhibition graphics to doors, furniture components, promotional products and industrial applications, the JFX220-2515 gives print businesses the versatility to expand into new and higher-value markets.
The JFX220-2515 goes beyond conventional CMYK flatbed printing with configurations offering White, Clear and Primer alongside Fluorescent Pink and Fluorescent Yellow inks for vivid, attention-grabbing graphics. Advanced 2.5D capabilities also enable raised textures, embossed effects and Braille signage, opening further opportunities in premium décor, accessible signage and specialist applications. With production speeds of up to 42 m²/h in CMYK production mode, the JFX220-2515 combines creative versatility with the productivity required for busy commercial print environments.
