Built with True Rich Color technology, the VG4 delivers sharp detail, smooth gradients and consistent results across a wide range of applications, from vibrant graphics to natural skin tones. Enhanced TR3 inks, including Red, Orange, Green and Light Black, provide an expanded colour gamut, while high-opacity White ink supports specialist applications such as window graphics.
With an intuitive touchscreen interface, seamless integration with VersaWorks, and features like an integrated take-up unit and sheet cutting, the VG4 is designed for reliable, efficient workflows. Combined with Roland DG Connect for remote monitoring and maintenance insights, it helps maximise uptime and keep production running smoothly.
The VG4 utilises advanced optical registration and media compensation systems to maintain precise print-to-cut alignment, even across extended runs.
